Clearcreek Design Build is a Springboro based, family-owned business founded in 2016 by Jen and Jeff Kelchner. As of today, Clearcreek employs around 25 employees made up of some of the most talented designers, woodworks and finish carpenters in the area. With a focus on luxury homes, Clearcreek has evolved into three distinct businesses:
Design Build
Clearcreek Design Build partners with some of Dayton and Cincinnati’s best Architects to offer full design and construction services for luxury custom homes. We offer these services for both new construction and remodel work.
Woodworks
Clearcreek Woodworks offers full design and construction of high-end custom cabinetry, furniture, front doors, staircases and other architectural woodwork.
Interior Design
Clearcreek Interior Design offers full interior design for our clientele who are already using us for construction or who may only require cosmetic changes to their existing home such as furniture, lighting, paint, art, or window treatments.
